Hosoya's
There are not many burger places in Sendai outside of fast food. I've only found two - Hosoya's and Teddy's.
Teddy's wins because of size. Size does matter.

Kokubuncho at Night
This is the place to go for nightlife in Sendai. As small as one strip seems to be, there are a lot of cities around Tohoku that have much less.

Kokubun-cho 国分町
Here are some pictures I took when I went out to eat in Kokubun-Cho last week. This is the major entertainment area in Sendai with most of the bars, restaurants, and other forms of entertainment.
