This is one of my favorite effects with my 28-105mm. Just angle it close to something and watch the depth of field get warped.

5 Cats

While walking through Komatsushima, I came across a cat. I looked again and saw another, then another. By the time I lined up for the shot I had counted 5 all sitting outside a small fruit market where I'm sure they are well fed.

Trash

All too often trash is simply left to pile up outside peoples' houses. There should be a law ...

I saw this and thought black and white.

Drop

I got lucky with the "Morning Drop" shot. The focus was right on. This one, not so much. A few centimeters too high.

Wire

Another Komatsushima photowalk shot. This is a wall from a house that borders a college. Either these people have had serious problems, or they are seriously paranoid.
