Sendai Station

Sendai Station. I like the blue streaks near the road.

I don't get a chance to go downtown very much any more. I can no longer take a walk to get there.

I'll really feel the change when I have to take the shinkansen or go tot he airport.

It dawned on me while waiting for the shinkansen, that this looks a lot like an area.

American Diner

I haven't eaten here yet, and I don't think I will. It looks like a typical "family restaurant". And since it's in Sendai Station, it's pretty expensive.

Scenes From The Station

I took these on Sunday at Sendai Station. The station itself is long and very boring. I'm sure the design is to facilitate the shinkansen, but that's no excuse for poor design. Although, the building was completed in the 70's--that's an excuse I guess.
