Kita Sendai
There really is not much in Kita Sendai, but I like the neighborhood. This was after I had safely crossed the street.

Walking Around Kita Sendai
I remember I took a picture hereabout four years ago and I had never seen the wires above before I took the picture.
It is not the best idea to walk here during rush hour.

JR Senzan Line in Kita Sendai
I was waiting for the train to pass to cross the tracks. This particular stop light has the worst timing and for some reason, all lights are red even if you don't want to cross the tracks.

Kita Sendai Asakusa
There is a street in Kita Sendai named "Asakusa". There is no shrine, there are no yakiniku restaurants, and no cockroaches, so I wonder why they chose the name.

Pink Sunset
I walked outside my [former] apartment to see the sky turning pink at sunset. I should touch this up to make it look like what I actually saw.

Rain in Sendai
It's no fun to walk on narrow roads. It's worse to do it on rainy days when carrying an umbrella. When driving, I am always afraid of hitting an umbrella (since people here insist on walking side-by-side).

View from Kita Sendai
I won't be able to see this view much anymore now that I'm moving. On a side note, that 99 Yen Shop closed it's doors without warning one day. It wasn't because of a lack of business from me.

Crooked Stairs
I don't know how this came out crooked since my camera has a digital level. I guess the stairs and gate are off.

The Road to Nowhere
Judging by the sign, this is a road for kids to take to get to school. The problem is that around the corner there is a dead end in the form of a gate. In the background you can see the ramp of what used to be the road which now leads to a house. I wonder why the sign was left up.
