The Odd Sakura

I am not very fond of the shape of this type of sakura.

Distant Star

Well, it is far enough so that light takes eight minutes to come to us. But it is the closest star to us.

Soft

This picture makes me feel calm.

On a Sunday Afternoon

I took time out before my calligraphy lesson to take a look at the cherry blossoms near Teraoka. The trees did not look very good, but up close, blossoms are blossoms.

With a background shadow and back lighting, it can make flowers look like they glow.

I think I might have changed the exposure and temperature on this if I were to do it over. This was taken on a cloudy day, but it's kind of dark.
