Walking Around Kita Sendai

I remember I took a picture hereabout four years ago and I had never seen the wires above before I took the picture.

It is not the best idea to walk here during rush hour.

    I often notice the wires in photos of Japanese cities. It is crazy, I wonder if they are as dangerous as they look??

    I would think so, but after the earthquake in March, not many fell, and I didn't hear about anyone getting hurt from them.

    I also think it was easier for them to be fixed as they were above ground.
