Some Do, Some Do Not

Some people use umbrellas, some people do not. I did not have my umbrella on this day, but was lucky that it was not raining very hard.

    It's raining in Los Angeles today too. Good thing I had my umbrella.

      That's rare isn't it? I thought the city council passed a law that outlawed rain.
