If you look up by the streetlight and the headlight you can see that it was snowing when this was shot. Perhaps a slower shutter speed would have better illustrated that.
What a lovely shot! I know it is crazy to take photos in the cold like that (I do it too) but wow, I'd rather have frozen fingers than ride a scooter in that weather!
I was expecting to see the person on the moped holding the umbrella.
