Hello from Abraham Lincoln who was in Sendai from 1953 - 1956. I read your comment about getting it level and it reminded me that you can actually get a tiny level that comes with picture framing/hanging kits. It comes in a tiny holder that fits on the picture hanger thing and when level you take it off for use again. I would check them out in Sendai and use that level. A wad of gum or almost anything, including glue if you want it permanent, would fix it on your camera. Some cameras have levels.
