iPhone

iphone

I missed taking a picture of someone else taking a picture by that much. You can see the shutter on the iPhone.

I'm considering getting an iPhone just to have a decent walk-around camera ... if my wife will let me.

  1. A neat pic. Too bad the lady was not also in sharp focus. I like the way it is but wonder if that would have been possible with some different settings? I like the idea of seeing the shutter on the iPhone.

My intention in mentioning this is wondering how far you can go to get the image on the iPhone that camera shutter itself is going to reveal to the chip? That would be neat to see.

    Sixmats...

The post reads that the slide had faded and the print made from it was not that good. The darks were much darker and the lights were blooming-out. I did work on it trying to improve the tonal values in the dark areas but was not successful. So what you are looking at it pretty much what there was that I spent too much time on trying to fix.

If you look carefully, you can see some clouds in the sky. When I was able ti regain that much back, I quit.

Part of my problem on all my old color slides is the fading I feared when Kodak and Fuji first introduced color film to us in the Far East as a replacement for 120 black and white film. I thought it would fade and it did.

  2. The idea here was to have the woman blurred, but sharp in the phone. I was too late though.

That's too bad about the fading. However, I think that the pictures are interesting the way they are.
