  5. I would not have thought that a smaller regional city would have so much development going up. Surprising.

  6. I wouldn't have thought that any city outside of Tokyo Osaka would have anything going up with the economy the way it is. That said, Sendai is the hub north of Tokyo and I know that a semiconductor company just moved in from Tokyo.
