May I know what is the name of this statue? We have this near our place and its color is gold (if i'm not mistaken its the same kind). I'll try to take a picture of it and post it too on my blog but I do not know its name.
It's a kind of Buddha I think. The one here is called the Daikannon. (大観音）I'd love to see the one near you to compare them.
