The building on the far right is the new PARCO Department store that is being heavily promoted all around downtown.

    I've heard of Parco but never been there. Are they nationwide? I don't recall seing them in Tochigi. I have been to the big Aeon stores many times. There is a nice single story one just north of Utsunomiya.
