I should use this picture in my class to show students the parts of a flower.

Jomon no Mori

I recently found this place in Sendai. It is a site where a Jomon-era village was found with many artifacts. I am looking forward to going there soon.

This is in Yamada, on the south side of Sendai next to Natori.

Silky Pink

I had to make this a little brighter after I pulled the picture out of the camera, and as a result, the pedals are kind of noisy.

Ladybug

While driving to work, I pulled over to take some pictures of some plum blossoms.

The plum blossoms did not work out and I started heading for my car. I looked down and I saw this little spot of red among the green grass.

Isolation

Adding the vignette to this photograph, gave it too much of a dark feeling. I have seen other cherry blossom pictures that have used vignette successfully.

I think this one could have been better; maybe having accurate focus would help.

Dripping

This year I tried to get a "soft, dreamy" style to my sakura pictures this year, but I feel I am still missing something.

I think that I could change the tone a little more, but I like this one though.

Spiderweb

While waiting for the bus, I almost ran into this. No sign of the inhabitant who lives here.
