Nakayama Sunset

Nakayama Sunset

Every time I go out of my apartment in the evening, I wish that I had a non-obstructed view.

A Long Way

a-long-way

I was near the top of the mountain I live on and had my 300 mm lens on my camera. I looked out to see what I could shoot and shot this. When I got home I realized that this place is 7 km/4 miles from my house. It does not sound like much, but it take 30-60 minutes to that red spot depending on traffic.

I also like this because it shows how little of Japan's land is usable for construction.

This is the area in the middle of the photo on Google Maps.

Ambulance

ambulance

I have always said to myself that I do not ever want the services of an ambulance in Japan. This kid was going too fast down a hill on his bicycle. He was hurt badly.
