Tears on an Hydrangea


The Japanese word for hydrangea is ajisai. They are all over my neighborhood.

  1. I haven't commented in quite a while, but this is really beautiful! (Also jealous that you still have hydrangeas up north. Tokyo's heat wave is killing all but the toughest plants.)

      I have been watching the southern parts of Japan suffer on the news. I went to Yamagata not too long ago and it was brutal there too (but not as bad as you have it). Keep cool!
