Sign of Fall

I found this leaf on the sidewalk. A sign of autumn or did it die from the heat?

    Already? o_0 Difficult to believe on a day when Tokyo is a sweltering swamp of 34 degrees, but ... yes ... cicada songs are changing too.

      Yeah, it's hot here too (I know not as hot as Tokyo) but it has to do more with the amount of sunlight they receive due to the angle of the sun. You know.
