I have seen it like this in the years I was there but only once or twice. It never did snow much then.
Sendai blog is down for a while. It doesn't generate the traffic to justify my trying to add posts daily. So rather than worry about it I hung it up for a while. I noticed one of your links on your profile page goes nowhere.
