This is an offshoot to Clis Road, which is one of the two major arcades in Sendai. Sendai is interesting in that way, there are two arcades (the other is Ichibancho) and a lot of the shopping is on those two arteries.
Things are slowly changing though, and stores are creeping closer to Sendai Station and conversely, the suburbs.
I guess you can find a delicious lunch there somewhere! Itadakimasu!
