Hosoya's
There are not many burger places in Sendai outside of fast food. I've only found two - Hosoya's and Teddy's.
Teddy's wins because of size. Size does matter.

If they've been around since 1950, I guess they've figured out a few good recipes!
The burgers taste great, they're just small.
