Are those full? I would think people would steal them. But of course this is Japan, not Los Angeles.
No they're not. And the bottles they keep in bars have olong tea and not alcohol in them. Japan is safe, but I wouldn't trust anyone who has been drinking around free booze - not even the Japanese.
